Zoya Promotion: Earth Day Nail Polish Exchange

By  |  30 Comments

Man, I feel like Zoya has a new promotion for us every other day! A few weeks ago it was the Summer BoGo sale, and before that a St. Patricks Day one.. Now, they have a really cool sale that they have done in the past, where you get to trade your old, yucky, boring nail polishes for sparkly new Zoya Polishes!!

Zoya Earth Day

Here’s How it works:

1.    Go to Zoya.com and pick out the polishes you would like and add them to your cart. You must select at least 6 bottles  and no more than 24 bottles of polish (Salons accounts minimum 12 maximum 48 bottles.)
2.    Apply the code. EARTHZOYA
3.    Your order value will be adjusted to reflect the promotion
4.    SUBMIT your order!

Then Zoya will ship out your NEW polish! YEA!

Once you get your order (Here is where the exchanging* happens)…
1.    Ship back the equivalent number of bottles to the ones you received to the return address below.(ie. If  you got 6 bottles of Zoya – you would send us 6 NON-ZOYA polishes, please check with you carrier on the proper way to ship nail polish)
2.    Include a copy of your order

Shipping Address
Art of Beauty, Inc.
c/o Polish Exchange
5060 Taylor Rd, Unit D
Cleveland, Ohio, 44128, USA

Once we receive your polish we do the rest! It’s that simple!

The bottles you send in cannot be Zoya, Qtica or Nocti polishes (but they can be any other brand).

Once Zoya receives your bottles, they will properly dispose of them according to EPA guidelines.

This offer is good April 20th- April 27th. When you enter the code on your shopping cart, your total will be adjusted to discount the polish cost, and will add on shipping charges for the polishes, so it works out that each bottle is really half off.

I have a few posts on Zoya nail polishes (not nearly as many as I had thought!) but I’ll try and get more up through the rest of the week! Zoya polishes are really great, especially their glitters.. there is nothing like them!

you buy the polishes and only pay for the shipping, and then after you get your polishes you send the old ones to zoya.. kinda based on the honor system

    Man, that’s amazing!
But I rarely wear nailpolish, so it’s really no use for me x]
I have a little bunch of bottles, but I only use one, a black one – And that I wear until it has chipped off completely, before I apply another coat. LOL

that’s awesome! When I first heard about it, I thought we had to send Zoya polishes back, and I didn’t want to get rid of mine haha. But I have a TON of other brands i’d love to get rid of haha

While I’m glad they’re disposing of the polish in a properly regulated manner, I think I would rather give my polish to someone who will use it and enjoy it. It’s a nice idea for people who just have no other option than just trashing what they don’t like, though.

It’s really more for trading in old, goopy polishes, not usable ones. That would be wasteful.

        April 21, 2011 at 5:54 pm

Hmm, in that case you would think they would take old Zoya back, too. Still a nice idea, though, I’m sure they’re going to get slammed with responses on this one. Hope people are honest about it and really do send back their end.

Does this apply to old dried up almost gone polishes? What about minis? Top / base coats apply?

One more question. Does MAC accept their nail polish for Back to MAC? B/c if not, they’re so going to Zoya.

im guessing it applies to old dried up polishes. i dont know about minis or top/base coats. mac does accept their polishes for back to mac, but personally i feel the zoya deal is a better one- 6 for 6 instead of 6 for 1 haha

I lhgeaud so hard I snorted when I read, “The last thing I need is more brown in my life.” :-P Forgive me!Thank you for these comparisons! I’ll see what I can do about Mochachino vs Power Thief — I ended up ordering PT, Time Traveler (gee, I wonder what I’ve been watching lately) and In a Trance separately from the *other* order I placed Friday morning. The Doctor ended up making me poor last Friday!!! But I’m really glad I ordered TT now. :)<33333

Here at McGill, our sense of fhoaisn knows no bounds. I descend the auditorium steps and plop myself down in a third-row seat, waiting for my Monday morning Analysis lecture. I pull out my bingo card, hoping I can check off one of the boxes — “Professor wears something other than dark sweater/jeans/sandals.” Alas, it is the same sweater as last Friday, and the one probably wore all weekend, too. Everyone else slowly falls into class; most of the males are unshaven, un-showered, greasy-haired and red-eyed. Most of the females make some effort to get their hair out of their face, mostly the better to see the blackboard with. Indeed, the air is ripe with a care for appearances.

Is there any way they can make sure that you send out polishes? Or are they basically trusting people to be nice.

Either way, I love the idea! :-)

I went to exchange for 11 polishes, and the shipping came out to be $44 .. Thats pretty insane for shipping, if you ask me. I got way excited, and then I seen the shipping cost.. Huge disappointment. “/

If you think of it this way, it may help you feel better about the company. Their polishes are usually 8 dollars a bottle. They are charging us 4 dollars for shipping per bottle. If you think of it as half off all the bottles of polish and free shipping, It is a great deal.

Just a random tidbit of information, Zoya announced on their FB page a couple days ago that if they hit 50,000 likes, there will be a “surprise” for us [:
