Quick Looks: February 2nd

By  |  24 Comments

I was playing around with some products I hadn’t used in awhile (organizing my makeup really helped me find stuff I had forgotten about!) as well as use some new products I’ve recently picked up (Like Urban Decay Lip Love, and my Guerlain highlighter!) We went out last night, and I didn’t realize it was going to end up POURING rain. We parked what seemed like at least a mile away from the bars we went to, and I ended up rolling my ankle on the walk back.. paying for it today, I could barely put any weight on that foot all day!

Anyways, I really liked this look! It was one that I loved in person, but didn’t want to photograph as pretty :( I figured I’d post anyways, you can get the jist of it!

Girl, I twisted my ankle yesterday at work. I’ve been icing it on and off today… swelling hasn’t gone down. I’m seeing a doctor in my near future. :(

    Hope yours feels better!

This looks amazing! I’ve always loved how you can put like three or more colors together and make it look perfect.

    Hi Leesha,

I stumbled across your videos the other day when looking for a peacock shadow tutorial. You make it look so easy! I’m starting my Make Up Artistry Diploma in March (something I’ve wanted to do for years! So excited!).

Love this look! Always nervous about wearing bright colors myself and have been trying to wear them more and more especially on nights out.

Anyway just wanted say Hi, LOL.

From a very cold snowy London!

oh that is so lovely ! this kind of make up full of colours is really pretty on you , you are pretty good at it!
For your ankle : rest, ice, put your foot up (oups I hope it’s clear, I’m french! I mean if you sit down, your foot has to be at the same height as your hip) and if you don’t have any allergy try some Diclofenac or Advil. And support stocking are a good help too. Good luck

Ice, ice, and more ice! It sucks but it helps a lot. Can really speed up recovery time. I’ve rolled my ankle twice in the past few years and it can take a long time to heal if you do a really good job of it…sigh. And the look, love it. I think a tutorial would be nice. Haven’t seen you do a look with that much pink in a while, plus I always like to see your “updated” versions of looks. You technique was back in the day was great, but after all this youtube and beyond action, it’s incredibly good!
