From The Website:
The patent-pending Z Palette is an exclusive custom palette perfect for display and color comparison. It features a sleek and clean design that offers the strength of a plastic palette, while using eco-friendly recyclable materials that will not crack or break. Fold the top portion completely under the bottom portion for a space saving feature on your vanity or makeup station. The Z Palette is the only one of its kind that includes both a clear window and an open magnetic base to fit any size shadow, blush, bronzer and even some foundations. Replace colors as often as you would like to your preference.

Z Palette also has a page on their site that tells you what brands offer shadows already in palette form. They also have a page showing tips on different ways to depot your shadows. REALLY useful!!

I’m also giving away a set of the small and large Zebra Z Palettes, courtesy of Z Palette :)

So between the two, would you say the MAC palette or the Z palette is the better one for travel? Love your vids BTW!

  2. HovercatMittens says:

I’d like to try the Z palette but the price is still throwing me off. I did see someone once take the divider top out of the MAC palette to make more room. I know I’d screw it up so I wont attempt it!

  3. Ashley says:

Lovin’ the unii palette:] But MAC is much more affordable and okayy in your not traveling and using to store de potted eyeshadows but the ZPalette is so freakin’ cute with the zebra, cheetah prints. Thanks so much Leesha! I like the Vs. theme. You R0CK[:

  4. kathrina says:

i think you should do the two-faced vs urban decay primer battle! its always a tough call when deciding on primers

    • xsparkage says:

yes. the coastal scents one is separated by a foam separater, and if you take it out there are only magnets under where the separaters put eyeshadow, so its kinda pointless to take out the foam thing. not my favorite

  5. carolina says:

the Zpalette seems to be the best option to have.i’m not really into the mac palette i feel like they’re too plain and boring. there’s just nothing really special about it. i have yet to try the uni palette though…

  6. Saloria says:

I really like the Z Palette but I can definitely see getting the Unii Palette for traveling. The case reminds me of portable gaming cases … like the ones for the DS lol. Love the Battle vid btw … can’t wait to see the new series’ your doing.

  7. Caitlyn says:

I love this. Such a great idea for a series. I think the Z-Palettes are the best option and the colors are super cute.

  8. Lisa says:

I really like the Z palette! I’m always disorganized, and I think if I could put a bunch of my favourite shadows together, it’d be so much easier. The Unii palette is very cute though. But they don’t fit as many, and I don’t travel a lot. Thanks for making the video, Leesha! Love your vids. : )

  9. Linda says:

I’m still dying to try the Z Palette after hearing people talk about it. The only thing I was worried about is the plastic cover, and you’re the first one to touch on that, so thank you. :)

(And holy hell, I’d LOVE to depot my UD books…especially Alice. So pretty, but wow, how much packaging does *eyeshadow* need?!)

  10. Nanda says:

I have read much about the z palette and was actually thinking these were the best option. Do not know much about the uni.. looking up the that one now.

  11. CatherineSolo says:

I am a sucker for anything zebra print… thanks so much for this, I’d never even heard of these palettes but they are definitely going to come in handy!

  12. Farangis says:

The UNII Palettes looks so nice, sadly they are so expensive…

Btw. is your contest open to everyone worldwide?

  13. Lana r. says:

hey, love this new battle series, i would love to see the battle of the primers… i’ve tried urban decay, nyx and the mac paint pots, but i wanna know what u think of the laura mercier eyeshadow primer.

  14. Melanie says:

I deff like this new thing ur doing I want you to do two faced shadow insurance and urban decay primer potion, and some different foundations like covergirl (cause that’s what i have lol) and uhh some other drug store brand but keep it up i love itt<33

  15. Amaia says:

I love this kind of videos. It’s really useful to see the different options together and see the good and bad parts of each of them.

  16. Kim says:

I like the Z-Palette. They’re so good looking, not that huge-looking like the mac ones do. very nice :) I think the Unii-palette is really nice too, maybe a little expensive… otherwise.. there is a huge mirror ^^
