Must Have: Makeup Forever Fluo Night

By  |  16 Comments

I was just going through my emails for the past week (Since I was in NYC all last week, and NYC has the WORST cell reception, I am way behind on emails) and saw this- Makeup Forever Fluo Night Powder. It’s a translucent powder you apply over any area you want, or mix with a product, and it will GLOW under black light!

The idea with these is similar to the Kryolan UV Day Glo palettes, but with these you can apply it over any makeup- so the model in this shot may just have you’re go-to pin-up look of thick black liner and red lips- but looks awesome if you go to a club :) This could also be fun to do some weird designs on your face that you wouldn’t see normally.. makes me think of invisible ink! haha :)

I love this idea, and it’s only $31 from sephora.. definitely getting it with my next purchase!

I know what you mean, I have the same problem with a lot of brands.
I live in Holland and i found a webside that sells brands like nyx, butter london, china glaze, sleek make-up, sigma and sugarpill (and more of course) through all of Europe. So you might wanna check that out

do you think 31$ is worth it? I saw it at a Sephora recently and the jar is seems kinda small.
I also read that some of the ingredients are eye safe. :/

I saw this a few days ago and was initially excited by it. Then when I re-read the ingredients listing I saw that red 21 and 22 aren’t eye safe :(

Even though it looks like fun I’ll be skipping it.

Keep in mind that this isn’t “glow in the dark”. It is blacklight reactive.

Only $31? Haha. Very cool concept but I wouldn’t use it enough for it to be worth it.

Do you have ATT&T or something? My NYC cell service is great; I can even get it in the subway.
