I was thinking the same thing. Also wondering what it would look like over milk.

      Yeah, definitely try that :)

Because they are mica heavy all of them preform like other brands of baked mineral eyeshadow. Wet or a sticky base makes them preform much better pigmentation wise.

i have one of these palettes (a neutral one) and i personally love the way it works when used wet. you might like it like that! =)

Aww…that’s too bad, Connie! :( Looks like I’ll just be saving my money then.

Bummer! The packaging looks great, and I love how they set up the shadows in the palette. What a disappointment.

    Thanks for sharing

Omg I look at this exact palette almost every time I go makeup shopping and I’ve never bought it! I’m kind of glad I didn’t now, I can put that craving to rest!

Hey Leesha! I was wondering if you had noticed that you have been doing alot of reviews lately, but not much else. not that I am opposed to it by any means, but I like the tutorials too. ;)

You really saved me some money and time because I was really interested in those palettes. Im kinda dissapointed.

  • Sara

Yeah, unfortunately, I too had high hopes for this palette, but the colors were horrible! They swatched really bad, weren’t long lasting or pigmented, and were very powdery. I wish I had never bought it ):

The new wet and wild 6 shade palettes are super wonderful and 4.99… Amazing

  • Adriana

I read this blog too late. Thought the same exact thing.. so excited when i bought it at target but it was such a dissapointing palette.. felt like i had to dig at the eyeshadows multiple times and the pigment was still weak.

I feel the same way and you also have to leave them at home, I noticed. They shatter very easily and it’s almost impossible to put them back together. :/

  • Angela

How weird. I bought this palette about a year ago and it was wicket bright. I loved it. And it looked crazy when wet.

  • Crazy Contact Lenses for you

The new wet and wild ones are great, i will add them to my Crazy Contacts so they will really bring out my costume i have planned.

I bought a couple of these palettes and hated them. Not only is the pigmentation horrible, but they break so incredibly easily as well. I gave them all to my younger sister, because I saw no need to keep them.

  • Liz

Maybe it’s just me, but I could tell the color payoff would be crap just by looking at it. I’m surprised you even got the swatches as bright/dark as you did.
