MAC’s Fashion Flower Collection includes two Beauty Powders- a pastel neutral pink and a soft, peachy pink, that have an adorable flower print pressed on top.

I’m not sure if it’s because I swatched these super lightly so the design wouldn’t go away, or because I didn’t use a base on the back of my hand, but these swatched super lightly! I’m sure the coverage can be buildable, but it seems that these are intended to be a sheer wash of color on the cheeks, which is totally fine. Alpha Girl came out with Heatherette years ago (that was probably my favorite collection of all time, from the colors to the packaging, that collection was awesome!) I’d say these are worth checking out in person to see if they would be something you would use yourself. I can see myself using Light Sunshine as a pretty cheek highlight, and it almost seems light enough to be able to use on other areas of the face, like the bridge of the nose and forehead, without looking greasy.

These will be available for $25 on April 28 from MAC Cosmetics.

these both look pretty. and i love the pattern. but i’ve never really use blush (like ever at all) im pretty fair skin and have freckles.. (i also have never used foundation b/c im affraid it would cover my freckles. Anyways, do you think a more sheer blush would be good to start with? i love these colors, but not sure how it would look on me. thank you leesha! your amazing <3

I guess u should give it a try, and you will definitely notice a change after using blush. It really brightens up your face. Before buying you can go to any MAC counter and ask for samples, bring them home and try out. OR take your own clean brush with you in your purse and go try out few testers in the store. Go for a light peachy pink one in the start.
Believe me, its worth a try :)

Hi Leesha, I was wondering, what are the top 10 MAC eyeshadow colors you would recommend to someone who is just getting into makeup?

I just bought Alpha Girl yesterday and I’m in love! It’s so gorgeous. I have fair skin like Leesha and the color looks amazing. The color stays on all day and it gives me a nice, subtle glow. It’s build-able, too.
