L’Oreal Paris Youth Code Eye Cream Daily Treatment. Youth Regenerating Skincare. 10 Years of Gene Research. See smoother, youthfully luminous and rested skin emerge.
With age, your skin regenerates less quickly. Time leaves a visible imprint: signs of stress, fatigue, and aging seem to suddenly appear. After 10 years of research, L’Oreal scientists unlock the code of skin’s youth by discovering a specific set of genes that are responsible for skin’s natural power of regeneration. With L’Oreal’s breakthrough GenActiv Technology TM, this powerful daily moisturizing eye cream can increase skin’s power of regeneration so it regains the qualities of young skin. See smoother, youthfully luminous and rested skin emerge in the eye area. Dramatic Results.
Immediately, skin is smoother, deeply hydrated and wrinkle reduction begins.
1 Week, Signs of stress and fatigue are visible diminished and eye area looks rested and more luminous
1 Month, Crow’s feet, dark circles, and reduced puffiness are visible reduced.

This eye cream is really unique, especially when it comes to packaging. When I first opened it, I hadn’t read what the big metal thing was for, so I thought it was just a fancy, though weird, applicator thing with no purpose, and used the eye cream the old fashion way- applying it with my ring finger and lightly blending under the eyes and out to the temples.

I did this for about a week or so before realizing that the metal thing is actually what is meant to apply the cream with instead of your finger- you press the tube to get a bit of product out on the metal part, then press that under your eyes. It’s meant to be cooling, so it’s actually really refreshing and acts as a nice wake up call in the mornings. You are supposed to use the “cooling applicator” to massage on the eye area until the cream is absorbed, but I found it was easier to apply the product with the applicator, and then blend it in lightly with my ring finger.

I don’t really have many wrinkles around my eyes, just a few fine lines underneath my eyes, and I do feel that this product has slightly decreased them (although, they weren’t too noticeable to begin with). I like using anti-aging products like this now, as it is easier to prevent a problem than to fix it!

This retails for $24.99, but price may vary based on location.

Hi! I’m new to your blog and gotta say that I enjoy reading it very much so! Have you tried the clinique ” all about eyes serum?” its supposed to be a de-puffer, but it also has a metal piece you apply with to your eye area. Does that one get rid of dark circles around your eyes too? Thaank you for the awesome blog! :)

For those that want to know, there’s a little set that contains mini versions of the eye cream, day/night cream, and day spf 30 lotion for roughly $30 (depending where you are, of course). They’re not TOO mini, but smaller than if you bought them all alone. But a great deal for those that want to try it out!

WOW… I am glad that I checked your website today. haha. I noticed that you did these reviews but I didnt really look at them (I was busy doing work for my classes those days). But I have been searching the internet ALL weekend for a under eye cream. I just noticed that I am getting tiny wrinkles and I need to take care of that. Obviously what I have been using has not been working. I will have to find this and try it out. Thanks so much for the review!!!!

I started using the eye cream yesterday, doing the twice a day routine, as recommended. I’ve used it three times so far and I can already see a difference in the eye area. I can’t say that the fine lines are diminished but I can definately tell that the skin is brighter and hydrated so my makeup hasn’t settled into the lines like normal. I don’t like the tip. It doesn’t move smoothly over the skin unless you put a lot of product on it. Maybe it will get better at gliding the longer I use it.
