Inglot Rainbow Eyeshadow Palette - xSparkage

Inglot Rainbow Eyeshadow Palette

By  |  30 Comments

When I was in NYC for Citizen Glam, I (of course) had to stop by the Inglot store when we went to Times Square! I have been wanting to make a palette of the rainbow eyeshadows they came out with for awhile, I always see my friend Lauren (queenofblending) using them when she freelances, as it’s a compact way to get 60 amazing matte eyeshadows. The store was out of 4 of the shades, which I ended up ordering online (and accidentally reordering one I already had, so make that two online orders, bah!) and the 2nd order just came in today, so I can finally show you how pretty it looks all complete!

It took awhile for me to decide how to organize them :) I think I like how it is here, though!

InglotRainbowFirst Row

InglotRainbow 1Second Row

InglotRainbow 2Third Row

InglotRainbow 3Fourth Row

Here’s a reference chart for you, easier to see the numbers than the swatches :)InglotRainbow 4

Each of these eyeshadows costs $7, and the palette is $20, so if you were to fill the whole palette it would be $160 (unless you have an Inglot pro card, which takes 20% off but can only be used in stores, then you can take $32 off the price) This breaks down to about $2.33 per eyeshadow color, and as you can see from the swatches these have crazy good color payoff (the swatches are not over any type of base, just a quick swipe on my finger!)

As mentioned before, this is a great investment for freelancing, or if you’re like me and travel a lot but never know what to bring, it’s nice and compact and has ever color you could possibly need!

You can order these colors on Inglot’s Website, or in stores. Fair Warning though- I never received a shipping notification for when I placed my online orders, but they showed up in about a week (from NY to TX). Be prepared to totally overpay for shipping though- $12 for them to ship FedEx in a small bubble mailer. Gotta love that! :/

This is so neat!! Are these all of the matte shadows that Inglot offers? Or are they different colors?

I’ve wanted to get them ever since I saw these were coming out! Need to save for a while first, though. Definitely getting the nude, pink, blue and purple ones. :D

Would you say the quality/pigment/texture of these are the same quality as the single inglot eyeshadows??

this was forever ago, and it does suck that there’s a price difference, but you also have to take into account the conversion rate (tho right now, there isn’t a ton of difference…). unless of course the prices you’re listing are USD.. in which case, that sucks.

That is one pretty palette! I will say that a few of the trios ( yellow, orange, aqua, light blue) have shades that look almost indistinguishable (in the photos, anyway) from one another- especially the deeper two shades in the pan. Even still, $7 for one shadow is still a good deal, so no big loss.

Also, wanted to add that as of my last Inglot order (March, I think) Pro discount can be used on mail orders- just not through the website. You have to call the store & they email you an order form, you email it back & get your discount. Yes, kinda complicated, but 20% is 20% :)

Man the pay off is crazy good. The last time I ordered it was free, but that was before this palette came out. I hope these show up at a Macy’s nearby so I don’t have to pay.

These are gorgeous, I may have to get a few in a smaller palette (if that’s possible). Great swatches!!!!

$12 for Fedex shipping seams cheap to me because shipping in Canada starts at $22 regardless of size. ;)

    Thanks for the swatches.

I have some of them and like them- but yeah, I’m totally unimpressed by their customer service. Although they’re very quick to ship, their is zero communication and the shipping costs are an absolute joke! I definitely think this is one of those companies you’re better off going in on an order with a friend to make the shipping more reasonable.

That website is the worst! It keeps not being found, or server error or something, but its better than when I first found it lol. That pallet looks gorgeous!!! I’m in serious eyeshadow lust here.

Well it looks really cool but I think I’d rather buy the normal eye shadows because I would probably get more use out of it. This would be great for make-up artist though.

Again, so sorry for bugging you. But with the Rainbow Palette from Inglot, will the colors mesh together over time? I’ve read they might, but that might have also been customer error. All in all, are your lines still there or are they blending at this point?

I just came across this post while looking for swatches. I’ve been debating Inglot shadows for a while for a freelance kit but wasn’t really sure if it was worth it or if I should just go to MAC and build a more expensive palette lol. I really like how you labeled all the shadows and I can see a true representation of what the colors look like. And, I trust your opinion. Thanks so much for this post! :)

It also contains trace amounts of calcium, iron and potassium.

Unfortunately, modern society mostly focuses on the latest mode which can often introduce a different ‘element’ that may be
far removed from your own. And, when it comes
to extraordinary beauty and comfort in kitchens and bathroom comforts, granite countertops are
the single most products to consider.
