Illamasqua Radium Nail Varnish: Toxic Nature Collection

This polish is from Illamasqua’s new collection: Toxic Nature, which is a blend of bright, toxic shades and muted earth hues. The collection art is among some of the most gorgeous I have ever seen! You can see the full collection details and art here!

This shade is one of the new ones in the collection, and is called Radium. It is described as an “acidic lime shimmer”.

This color is just a touch darker than pictured, it looks a bit more lime in the photos than it does as I look at my nails now (first nail-swatch photo is a little more accurate color wise), but that could also be because I’m sitting kind of in the dark and not under a fluorescent light with flashes :)

Illamasqua by far has one of the BEST nail polish formulas I have come across. Every shade I have used is the perfect consistency, and is generally pretty opaque with one coat. It’s never streaky or hard to work with, just applies all around beautifully.

This collection comes out on Illamasqua’s website March 10th.

I feel like I absolutely need this. Illamasqua polishes are my favorite. I’m wearing Baptiste under China Glaze’s cracked concrete right now!

This is an absolutely gorgeous color, and so perfect for spring! :) I’m in love with Illamasqua’s nail polishes myself, due to their opacity.

Who the Shrek are you doesn’t have shimmer as far as I can remember. This looks more like Butter London Dosh but I *think* this is more neon green and the shimmer in Dosh is more like micro glitter. Regardless, I am getting this anyway.
