Guest Look: Natasja of Vanillaa

By  |  17 Comments

Hello everyone,

My name is Natasja, I’m 22 years old and I live in the Netherlands.
I have my own beauty blog: Vanillaa, you can find lots of ramblings about cosmetics there! I love blogging, I love writing about all the pretty products and I love creating nice looks.
I’m currently looking for a job as a professional makeup artist and/or beautician and my hobbies are listening to lots of music, watching movies, going shopping, work out and going out.
This look was inspired by that one day I got to freelance for MAC. I had to come up with an interesting, original look to wear that day and this is what I came up with. It’s a pretty warm look, which pops against my light skin tone and my blue-ish eyes.
I hope you enjoy it!
xoxo

ETOS! Omg, that’s the biggest thing that I miss from living in Holland :(
This is such a beautiful look! I love this kind of colour; I feel like they’re under-used. Nice job Natasja :)

It’ll do the job if you don’t have major oily eyelids. I like it, but I don’t love it. Urban Decay/Too Faced makes your eyeshadow pop more and prevents the lids from getting oily better IMHO.

It has many of the same ingredients of eye makeup primers without the ludicrous price tag. I’ve seen quite a few people use it for this purpose.

I use it as a base under my foundation. It has a lot of silicones in it, which make your skin appear smoother and keeps your makeup on longer. It’s ‘officially’ used as a skin reliever/protector after shaving ‘down under’ ;-)
