Fire Eyes with the 120 Palette

By  |  35 Comments

This is my first look with the 120 Palettes from bhcosmetics! These palettes are really cool, I’ve used the 88 palettes before but never the 120 ones, and I think I like these better. I’ll have a review soon comparing the 3 editions of this palette!!

I love this look! I was wondering if you had the cool shimmer 88 palette from bhcosmetics as well and if so, could u do a look with it? I got this palette for Christmas and need a little inspiration. Love all your videos, you are so talented!

I have the first edition of this palette, and I love it!
As I’m sure you already know, Leesha, the first edition’s top layer of colors has a whole column of speckled colors. The orange and green one is DEFINITELY a great color. When you mix the shadow, it turns into this really pretty bronzey-brown. I’m sure the rest of the speckled colors mix as well, but that’s the only one I’ve touched so far in that column.

I can’t say enough good about it! I’m super happy you’re doing a review on these. :]

The lashes really do make the look. They take it all the way to the top in terms of glamor. I like the MLBB lipstick too I might have to check it out. Flawless makeup as always.

Does your 120 palette smell weird? I have the Manly 120 one and it smells so bad I can’t use it…

I think you should do a blue/indigo look! IT would be waaay out there, but i would like to see what you could do with it to make it wearable instead of just “BAM”, it would present a challenge (maybe) and with your skills you can do it!

btw, i really loved the FOTD green look.

I love the 120 palettes! I got them about a week ago and I have been using all the different colours in them since then! I haven’t tried the red colours on me yet though, so I will have to do that!

    Great idea.

i loved the look!!! hm, you can buy those palettes at 10 bucks on ebay, same quality, just labeless. I have the 180 palette, and it is amazing, it has pretty much every color i could ever want, but i still buy eyeshadows anyways! haha
have u ever use the shadow worx by coastal scents? u should try that on!

    February 2, 2011 at 1:10 am

Yes, if you could compare the coastal scents and bh that would be terrific. I love your reviews and could use some advice which one I should invest in! ^_^ I wish I knew how to work with my eye shape as well as you do.

You’tre a freaking goddess, I’ve been eyeing the BHcosmetic palettes forever but EVERYONE uses Coastal Scents or the Manly palettes you can get on ebay so you’re the first ‘guru’ to use them and do a tute and…well they run contests for looks using their products so even if you didn’t enter I know you could easily reproduce the looks.
    Anyway, cheers!

Could this look be done with the 1st edition 120 palette? I just bought that one because you said you preferred it over the others but I love this look! It makes me want to get the 2nd edition just to recreate it! Haha

I like this look, it’s very daring. I wouldn’t wear it in daylight, though – thats too much. I might wear it for halloween or a night out on the town.
