Creme de Couture Eye Look #4: Purrrrple!

By  |  9 Comments

I have yet another CDC look for you! This one is using aaaaaall the purples in the palette.

I used my NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil in Milk as a base, then applied Violet Whip in the inner lid, Lavender Honey in the center of the lid, and Cassis in the outer corner. I used Elderberry in the crease, and then Violet Whip again as a brow bone Highlight. I finished the look off with Urban Decay Deep End 24/7 Eye Pencil on the lower lash line, and a little bit of UD Black Market 24/7 Eye Pencil on the upper lash line. I used Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara, and left the waterline clean because… I honestly think I forgot to put anything there lol :)

On my cheeks I used a bit of the Strawberry Ambrosia Blush from Creme de Couture. Hope you like!!

I love that purple…and everything under “You might also like” – very vibrant and beautiful!

Just tried a similar look after a week of just ogling my new Sigma palette and……was I disappointed! You raved so much about it and despite primer and the milk pencil base, I had no color payoff whatsoever! Tried a bunch of different brushes before I gave up and just used my finger because that was the only way I would even get a glimpse of color. Attempts to blend just made the color disappear. Ugh will not buy from Sigma again. Sch a shame because the colors are so pretty in the box. :-(
