China Glaze “It’s a Trap-eeze” Nail Polish

By  |  9 Comments

China Glaze has a new collection coming out that is Cirque du Soleil themed, which is so fun :) I have two of the colors, one of which is shown here and is so cool- It’s a Trap-eeze! I don’t have anything like this in my collection, which is always a happy surprise. This is a light light milky purple base with fun confetti style glitter. I was surprised I didn’t totally hate the formula here, the light base color makes you see the glitter in multiple layers with the coats of polish you apply. Shown is 2 coats of polish and a top coat (which I feel is super necessary for any glitter polish- makes the nails feel smooth and makes the glitter extra awesome shiny!!!)

It sort of reminds me of a multi-colored version of Revlon Popular. Very pretty!!

in the bottle it looks like it’ll give the same effect as the nails inc pudding lane collection, but i think it looks even better than they do on the nails!

What top coat do you use over glitter polishes? I’m having trouble with all the ones I’ve tried – thanks! I just started subbing to you on YouTube – obsessed with your videos!!! ;)
