China Glaze Awakening Halloween Polishes

Eep! I’ve had these for about a month and kept putting off posting them for.. well, no real reason :X THEY’RE SO NICE!

Shades

Shades

This color is such a neat green. It is a dead ringer for ORLY’s It’s Not Rocket Science, though, so if you have that you can skip this.

I am OBSESSED with this color! It’s Halloween in a bottle to me. It’s nice and opaque in 2-3 coats, which is great because I find that sometimes glittery polishes take FOREVER to become opaque. You may have to do a nice, thick top coat for this so it doesn’t feel gritty, but man it’s a perfect Halloween color for me!

Shades

Loove this one too. I like that it isn’t as glitter heavy as Ick-a-bod-y, but isn’t so subtle that you can’t even see the glitter.  Yummm

Now I SEVERELY gotta get my hands on China Glaze’s Christmas colors. I saw swatches on Scrangie‘s site.. I pretty much need Party Hearty in my life and on my nails for the entire month of December.

I bypassed these polishes on my trip to Sally’s. I thought they were all a little blah, especially because I had already seen the China Glaze CHRISTMAS SWATCHES! OMG, I’ve GOT to have those or I’ll self destruct. Well, maybe not. But I still really neeeeddd them! LOL!

I really like these! I could actually see myself wearing them and pulling them off. I love the purple and black, that’s classic, the orange and black always shows Halloween and the green and black is actually unique because I wouldn’t have thought of it. I always love the names of cosmetic/nail products too lol “Ick-a Bod-y” :)

I like Ick-A-Bod-Y the best! If you’re going Halloween, you should definitely go orange. I didn’t get to do a big Halloween this year, but when I get money one of the first things I’m going to buy is this nailpolish! If I don’t get too excited over the Christmas colours first hehe. Glad you found Kiki, by the way. I would have been so destroyed if I lost a pet :( I’m glad she’s back!
