Abbey Dawn WTH Studded Peeptoe Heels Review

Okay. I have a shoe problem. I love buying shoes. Love. I can’t explain it. I love shoes that are out of the norm.. statement shoes, if you will. I figured instead of just having them pile up in my closet, It could be beneficial to share them and my thoughts with you guys, as I know some of you have the same taste in style as me! :)

First up- Abbey Dawn WTH Shoes. These are available from JustFab for about $40, not bad!

Stats:

  • 4 1/2″ Heel Hight
  • 1/2″ Platform (I got this off in the video)
  • 4″ total rise
  • Peep toe
  •  Hand placed studs
  • Runs a bit small, as do most Abbey Dawn Shoes I have tried. I’m usually between a 9-10, and I couldn’t even get my foot in the 9′s.
These are made really well for the price! They feel sturdy and are really easy to walk in. Since the studs are hand placed, they are somewhat fragile and it’s important to be aware of them- i.e. don’t treat these like they’re some old sneakers, if that makes sense, because studs can come loose and fall out and that sucks.
These come in black and pink, both shown below!

AbbeydawnWTH 3 The soles of these shoes are originally a tan color, like the pink ones below. I decided to make these pink for fun, there is a tutorial here if you are interested!AbbeydawnWTH 1AbbeydawnWTH 2AbbeydawnWTH 7AbbeydawnWTH 8AbbeydawnWTH 9AbbeydawnWTH 6AbbeydawnWTH 5AbbeydawnWTH 4

Available here from JustFab.

What do you think? Would you rock these? I think they are a great middle ground between standard peep toe and out-of-this-world shoe. You get the studs which are fun, but they’re not too too much, if that makes sense.

I LOVE buying shoes too. Problem is I rarely wear them. My daily drivers are Sketchers sneakers. I wore a pair of Betsey Johnson hounds tooth shoes a couple of weekends ago and got great feedback on them. They are a touch too small, though. :(

I love shoes! Unfortunately most shoes in Sweden are quite expensive if you don’t want crappy shoes that brake after a month! Would totally wear these, and you should paint the sole of the pink ones black, would look awesome!

I’ve had a pretty great experience with justfab! They have amazing, amazing customer service. It’s not a scam, it just has a different set up as far as how it works. you sign up, and every month you are given some picks that are chosen based on how you answered some questions when you signed up, and you have 5 days from the 1st to either buy a shoe or click “skip this month”. if you don’t, you are automatically charged $39.95, which is the cost of most of the shoes, and that turns into a credit which you can use to buy a pair. so youre not necessarily LOOSING money, you just need to remember to click “skip” or you will end up buying a pair of shoes lol. its just not something you want to forget you signed up for!
