Another new addition to the Naked Line from Urban Decay other than the Beauty Balm I reviewed earlier this week is the Naked Flushed Palette. This palette is a cheek trio, including a bronzer, highlighter, and blush.
Urban Decay is really going gung-ho with the Naked line as of late, this month alone releasing the BB Cream, this palette and a Nail Polish set, but I gotta say this is fine with me, as I really haven’t met a UD Naked product I didn’t like, and this cheek trio is no exception to that. These three colors work seamlessly together to create a gorgeous cheek- I absolutely see this becoming a must-have in my regular makeup routine.
If you check out the video review I did for this product, you can see how I apply all three shades to my cheeks. I use a small, domed brush for the bronzer, and apply it to the hollows of my cheeks, A duo-fibre brush for the blush to make sure I don’t apply too much, and sweep it on to the apples of the cheeks, and a eyeshadow blending brush for the highlight, which goes on the cheekbones, under the eyes and on the sides of the nose.
Overall, I really, really love this cheek palette. I think Urban Decay did a fabulous job formulating these powders (all are super velvety smooth and apply like a dream) and I like that they have different finishes- matte bronzer, satin blush and shimmery highlight. This palette will get a lot of use from me, I totally recommend checking it out!!
