The Hunger Games Series- District 4 (Fishing)

I think District 4 is my favorite tutorial yet! Their industry is fishing, so I decided to not only do a fun, oceany look, but also an outfit of the day (my first ever, haha!) with a sailor theme. I had a lot of fun creating this look and the outfit, I hope you like it!

    Just so you know, “azure” is pronounced like ASH-urr. It’s the color used to describe the blue color of the sky :)

    Ooo! I love it. I have brown eyes, but I am always drawn to greens/blues for eyeshadow (I think it has to do with the fact that I’m a bio major who wants to work at the aquarium/in the ocean one day, hahaha). I am definitely going to try this one. :D

    Awesome that you decided to dabble in the fashion end of things. Your outfit was adorable. Add an unexpected color or additional print to make it very Betsey Johnson meets vintage L.A.M.B. Love the shoes. I am a shoe FANATIC. I probably have as many pairs as you have eyeshadows… maybe more. :P Seychelles are perpetually on my top brand list. I remember you pointed out the sole material and tried to describe it- This type of sole material is called jute. The shoe style would be considered espadrilles. I also looked them up (because I wanted to buy them…) So just in case anyone else is wondering what they are called (Seychelles always give their shoe styles a name) the are called Areden.
    Can’t wait to see what you come up with next! (^-^)
