MAC Viva Glam Nicki Minaj Lipstick & Ricky Martin Lip Conditioner- Photos, Swatches

MAC Viva Glam’s newest spokespeople include Nicki Minaj and Ricky Martin, and both have a new product to add to the Viva Glam Family. We Have Nicki, a yellow-pink satin lipstick, and MAC’s signature clear Lip Conditioner, complete with Ricky Martin’s Signature. Read on for product photos and swatches!

Viva Glam Nicki is a bright, opaque pink shade that I love! It goes on smooth and lasts for hours. MAC’s lip conditioner is also a great product, but this version isn’t any different from their regular one other than the fact that it has Ricky Martin’s signature, and all the proceeds go towards the Viva Glam Aids fund (so if you need a new lip conditioner, might as well get this one!) I always make sure to get the new Viva Glam products because the colors are generally universally flattering, and 100% of the selling price goes to the MAC Aids fund (which is VERY rare, most companies only donate a portion of proceeds when they have a charity product, and it’s usually a pretty low percentage). I’m not sure if Viva Glam Nicki will be for everyone, as it is on the brighter side, but It’s definitely right up my alley!

Available for $14 each from MAC Cosmetics this February.

    As much as I dislike Nicki Minaj, I just bought the OPI Pink Friday nail polish today, and that lipstick is calling to me. Just depends on what it looks like on.

    I really hope it’s available now b/c it would be perfect for the Valentines Run (walk) I’m doing next week!

    Love that pink. I love light, bright pinks that aren’t frosty. I hate when I buy a pretty light pink lipstick and it ends up being frosty yuck!

    I love her, so happy i got the 1st lip stick, i dont think i like this one, but for 2 reasons and 2 reasons only, 100% go to a great cause and of course its Nicki, yeah!!

    Doesn’t hurt to try… seems to bright for my skin match but we will see… I love more of the frost colors, they are amazing…. only time and shopping will tell

    How similar would you say this is to Viva Gaga I? It looks the same on my computer screen but I know that monitor settings can alter shades a bit.

      They are very very different. Gaga is much more of a blue pink and is quite a deal lighter. Not alike at all actually.

    i have a question i’ve been meaning to ask you but i didn’t want you to take the wrong way. i hope you don’t find me rude. it’s just i’m really curious about one thing. what do you actually do for a living? i’m not interested at all on how much you earn or anything. i just want to know if the publicity you get from “xsparkage” is enough to make a living or you work as a freelance mua or if you work as a mua in any company or such or even if you have another job that has nothing to do with makeup at all. thanks!

    The first and most important question that rises to my head is what these products are tested on?? Are they tested on animals or cruelty-free? I use The Body Shop’s wonderful cosmetics, and I love the Hi Shine Lip Conditioner that I have, it’s light enough since I always wear black eyeliner in my eyes.
    That MAC lip gloss is way too bright for me, though the shade is otherwise ok…

    Will the lipstick be coming out with the same color lipglass like all of the gaga ones? I’m 13 and love this color… but lipstick isnt excactly my thing unless i am staining my lips with it!

    I already ordered mine off of Nordstrom.com. I haven’t got it yet along with my other stuff-Blonde MSF and Purring Tendertone. Did you know that you can’t buy either of these on mac’s website? But you can get blonde and redhead MSF and all the other tendertones except for the red one on Nordstrom.com. Wow, there I go on another tangit.
