Something I have noticed with the Color Design Palettes is that the shimmery, frosty colors are GORGEOUS, and have beautiful color payoff, but the mattes are quite the opposite, and are much sheerer. While this may be intentional (some companies make colors sheer so that people can wear them easier without having to know how to blend them out) it is something that does bother me a bit. Another thing is the price point. This is a beautiful palette, but the price is a bit steep to me.
Sienna Sultry was a palette that really stood out to me, which surprised me. Some of the Color Design Palettes have BRIGHT, beautiful purples and blues, but the first one I play with is mainly browns. I think it’s because it isn’t JUST browns, it includes that fun, ballerina pink.
