xSparkage Confessions of a Makeup Junkie
This is one of the products I bought when I first ordered from ELF back in November. It’s a really pretty dark teal eyeliner with a lighter teal shimmer and silver glitter. The cap has a built-in pencil sharpener that actually works really well!
These blend out really nicely, and work really exceptionally for an eyeshadow base- this is one of those products that would be GREAT to hold color on underneath the eyes for a pop of color. I wouldn’t use this on the waterline, as glitter pencils tend to be irritating, and I don’t think this would work well as a longwear liner, because it doesn’t seem to set, so it’d work better blended out on it’s own for a teal soft smoky eye, or as an eyeshadow base to really amplify a shadows presence and wear.
These are available from ELF for only a dollar, so you really can’t go wrong. I kind of want to get the rest of them the next time I order, I really love shimmery pencils like this (I use my Tokidoki ones all the time and these are a fraction of the price!)
