I like this product for a number of reasons. First of all, it’s very lightweight, but moisturizing, so it would be good for oily, dry, and combination skint ypes alike. Like the rest of the new Youth Code line, it sinks into the skin really fast, so there is no need to wait around for your moisturizer to dry with that sticky feeling- your skin will feel super soft within seconds.

I also love that it has SPF 30; using a moisturizer with a good amount of SPF is so important for having youthful skin, and is so often overlooked (by myself included!). Even walking outside during the day for a few minutes is enough to speed up the aging process, wether its sunny or cloudy, and SPF plays a huge factor in slowing that. I am much, much more likely to remember to put SPF on if it is included in my moisturizer than if I have to put it on seperately, and since this day lotion is so light and absorbs so quickly it’s a definite winner in my book.
