I’m pretty sure I grabbed a few of these from Hautelook when they were on sale awhile ago. LOVE when Urban Decay goes on Hatuelook (actually I love when any brand does) Sale prices are awesomeee :)
These are all super velvety to the touch, they remind me a bit of the matte squared colors from MAC.

ABC Gum: The name on this reminds me so much of elementary school, I love it. Its a matte light peach. A little too dark for me to use as a highlight, but would work well as one for anyone with a warmer dark skintone. This also is a great transitioning color; I would use this around the edge of a dark crease color to help blend it out easier.

Illegal: This photographs way more brown than it is, it has more of a muted purple to it than shows. It’s a unique color, I’m not sure if I’ve seen another matte like this.

Purple Haze: Matte warm purple. This one swatched kinda chalky, but I think it just needs a good base (swatches were done with no base!)

Chronic: This one confused me. I double checked- it says it’s a matte, but when I got to this photo I noticed all the sparkles. I checked the shadow just now, LOADS of green sparkle! Weirdly enough it doesn’t even show up on my swatches much, but I don’t know why there is sparkle if it’s a matte.

Narcotic: Matte aqua blue. I love this one, I’m such a sucker for this type of blue! super pretty and creamy.

Electric: This is similar, but lighter, than MAC Electric Eel. It’s also a bit greener, I think! Very pretty :)

These were swatched in order of above pictures, with no base.
Generally I think a sticky base would work best for these, as mattes have a tendency to not want to stay in place or be a bit chalky. Something like MAC Cream color base, or even an eyeliner smudged across the lid would work really well!
