iFocus: Hazel/Light Brown Eyes

First, I gotta say: Damn, Austin! Today it is abuot 52 degrees!! IM FREEZING!

Now, I’m sure I’ll get a bunch of you thinking “52 degrees? That’s nothing. Where I live it gets below zero/snow/blahbalhabhlha!”

Keep in mind, I’m from Arizona. Phoenix area, to be exact (because yes, it does snow and get cold A LOT in northern AZ for those not in the know. It snows at the Grand Canyon!) and it gets this cold at night in the winter. not all day! not this soon! gah! And I’m supposed to go to an outdoor show tonight (Of Montreal and Jannel Monae!) and I’ll probably die of frostbite! D:

ok, enough complaining. I’m just my mother’s daughter when it comes to cold, I can’t STAND it! (And that woman grew up in Connecticut her whole life! sheesh!)

I wasn’t sure what to do for a tutorial today, as both the previous series we were doing have ended and I don’t know if I wanna do another series or just go back to just doing looks inspired by whatever I feel like that day. That’s how this tutorial happened, but I thought it would look really great with Light brown eyes (which it does! but dont feel you cant wear it if your eyes aren’t brown!!!) so I put it as that :)

    it was 50-something here, too! brrrr.. i’m used to winter and it being cold in november (last year, it snowed in october here), but that doesn’t mean i like it! haha. anyway, very pretty look!

    And this look is really pretty too. I have dark brown eyes, so I’m going to try this and see if it makes my eyes look as great as the first brown-eyes look did. Lol.

    I love all your videos! I will try this one. My eyes are hazel (with more green then brown) but they always change colors on me. Usually in the end the best color to bring out my eyes is silver. Go figure. One day they will be more hazel/golden looking then I put on makeup to highlight and they have turned more green. Whatever lol.

    Lovely look! I’m such a sucker for purple ANYTHING, haha.

    I have a suggestion for a new (mini-)series. Since you normally focus on the eyes,
    I thought it might be a fun idea if you could a lip-focus series.
    You could have different styles, ranging from simple to brighter to editorial, and base the eye and face make-up around the lips.
    Also it might be fun for you to do since it’s a bit more of a “challenge”, I guess, because you’re so used to eye-focus looks!

    I live in Alaska and it gets to about 65- and I still love it! I love it when its cold! Anyway, love this look.. I have hazel eyes, but accasionaly they get light blue randomly… HMM? But I think its awsome! Thanks for making the look!

    Yeah, I live in southern Nevada in a desert valley and it gets to be like 110+ degrees in the summer and summer lasts like EIGHT MONTHS. Then when it gets cold I start whining when it gets to be like 50-60 degrees XD People think I’m crazy.
