Nails of the Day: Absinthe Makes the Heart by Sephora by OPI

So I haven’t worn nail polish in probably 2 weeks due to being somewhat lazy, as well as wanting to apply a strengthener every few days. My nails have been getting LONG (for me, at least!), and with that the tendency to break is much higher, which is always a bummer (hello, index finger in these pictures) because it takes work to get them that long!

I put this polish on quite a few days ago, and every day since I kept saying to myself “Take pictures of the polish today to blog about!” But of course.. I forgot and didn’t do it, until today, when I’m about to take the polish off because there is tipwear and I’m just overall done with wearing this color.

Oh well, you can still see the color :)

I really like this color, and I wasn’t sure if I would at first. It reminds me of Club eyeshadow from MAC in that its sort of a duochrome. At first glance it seems like a charcoal grayish color, but then you see the mossy green and dark blues it has. Really fun! :)
