Kat Von D Memento Mori Palette

Can I just say how  much I LOVE this palette? I have not been impressed with Kat Von D palettes in the past. I’ve never bought one before, but I’ve played with them at Sephora and got the 500 point palette as well (which is NOT impressive in the least, fyi). I always got a “meh” vibe from them and never was impressed enough to pick one up until now!

(I’ll upload the review for this palette tomorrow!)

You should link your video here, well I’m sure you will because you usually do. Just so anyone who stumbles on your blog can view it :) . I love this look and bought the palette last Friday and MUFE 92 is a great combination with it.

I like it. It kinda looks like your Urban Decay look, but there’s enough of a difference that it’s its own look. very nice!

I really need to start paying attention to my own looks, haha! Honestly, I didn’t even think about that until it was mentioned in the video comments. bummer, i really hate when i do that without realizing!

Maybe you just need a little inspiration. A lot of your looks recently have been looking similar, or there’s similar placement/shape/whatever. I’d love to see you do some crazy high fashion sort of looks, even if it was just pictures on your blog rather than a tutorial for it.

Your makeup always ends up looking so dreamy! It does resemble your UD palette look though. Still very pretty either way :)

I just bought this palette a few days ago and I love it too! The colors are coordinated really well and there are a TON of looks you could do with it. Thanks for sharing one idea :)

Weird, I just bought palette this on Monday! I also wanted to try her liquid liner, so I bought Proud Peacock, which actually looks pretty good with this palette.

Thank you so much for this tutorial. You’re such a sweet girl! I took my chances and linked to both your blog and YT-tutorial from my blog, I hope it’s OK. :)

Gosh, I was just searching for Kat Von D palettes swatches and I stumbled upon this hot look you created.

I was just wondering… do you moisturize or soak or dip your brush into water to enhance the pigmentation of those colors? My Kat von D palette is not THAT pigmented at all!

Anyhow, congrats, this look is awesome!

Hi! I was searching around on youtube for a tutorial for this palette and I am absolutely in love with what you did!
As a novice I am SO happy I found your site and your tutorial’s, I love your approach and am looking forward to trying some other things out.
I’m curious, why don’t you like Kat’s other palette’s? I was considering in investing in another after getting this one and I’m curious about your opinions.
    thanks!!
